Bought a coat and was too small, tried to return it to the shop and was told it had to be sent back via post as the online shop was a different company. I had to pay £10 to return the item.
Every company I’ve shopped with online previously offer free returns or at least allow returns to a shop.
Very disappointed and will never shop with them online
