I am un likely to order again because of your returns policy . Most retailers offer free returns,that can at least be returned to store for free. It has just cost me £8.55 for postage to send back a dress that wasn’t suitable.I kept one but had to send it back in the flannels bag so I didn’t even get to keep the bag for the dress that was suitable. sorry to be negative but it will stop me from reordering.
