The product arrived quicker than it has done in the past!!
However, there have been times when I have not had the necessary paperwork to return an item, an upmarket store should make returns flow more easily i.e. the customer should not have to print paperwork off and then return via the local postal service.
Additionally, whatever happened to the customer rewards scheme?
