Worst service I have ever had. Following placing an order I was to,d that it would arrive in the 15th FEB...It didn’t. I contacted the courier and they hadn’t even received a parcel from Flannels. I contacted Flannels and they said there was a mix up and that the item hadn’t left their warehouse. Then I received an email saying from the courier that the item was in transit. Then another email from the courier saying that they were refusing the item as it wa damaged. I contacted the courier and they said that there were no items in the parcel as it was ripped open. I am waiting to hear from Flannels. I never knew it could be so difficult to place an order......never again......update - the item was rapidly reordered and cane through safety within 48 hours so all is redeemed
