Great selection of items and sales are good. Also appreciate the discounts offered and i always buy extra items when they are offered. What i find is a major problem and shops me giving 5 stars is that there is no paid return postage anymore. If your order comes to £300 - £500 which is normal, then how could you return an item worth anything over £100 without it costing a fortune. In fact, if you ordered 2 Jackets at £400 each to get the right size....then the return would not be insured by Royal Mail for that value???? Selfridges and End offer free returns as do many other retailers who sell the same items. Shame
