The product I received from flannels was excellent but the delivery service from DPD was absolutely shocking they forgot to deliver it one day and said would deliver the next day but the drop of shop was closed all weekend so never received the parcel for another 3 days DPD had possession of my parcel on the 7th and I never got it till the 12th I will never use the delivery service again due to the amateur and unprofessional service DPD provide
