Unfortunately the dress I ordered was too big so I returned it for an exchange, I paid £8 for a recorded insured service as the dress was expensive. The replacement arrived within 2 days however it still had 2 security tags so I was unable to wear it for the event I had bought it for. I have contacted customer service and have been sent a postage label however I am extremely disappointed I couldn’t wear the dress when received and that I now have to return the dress and wait for the replacement.
