Sent wrong item, no phone number for customer services on website, no response to email query requesting pre-paid postage label to return item, phoned Cruise in Newcastle who were really helpful and arranged for pre-paid postage label to be sent to me and provided number for customer service, tried phoning customer services several times to confirm that delivery charge would be refunded as it wasn’t my fault item needed to be returned, however just kept getting the message “we are experiencing high call volumes, please call back” and then just ending the call. Other than Bethany at Cruise who was very helpful, I haven’t been impressed with my first experience of Flannels
