Flannels are excellent front end, the website, app and order process are fantastic and their range is amazing. HOWEVER. I ordered a Stone Island sweatshirt at Christmas and the sizing is very different to normal Stone Island knitwear so I had to send it back (I ordered and paid for a replacement at the same time to save time). I sent the unwanted item back by special delivery, it arrived two days later (according to the tracker) and it was signed for. I threw away the special delivery receipt as the item was delivered (I won’t do that again) and after three weeks I emailed Flannels to see where my refund was. The answer was simple, they apparently didn’t receive the parcel and I can’t prove that they signed for it due to throwing away the receipt. A VERY expensive exercise...
