I recently ordered 2 pairs of trainers online. They were delivered a lot quicker then expected, and came nicely packed in a flannels branded dust bag, which was a nice touch. I had to return one pair as they where too big, and flannels states you send them Royal Mail registered which cost me £11!! I don't agree I should have had to pay this amount to return when most companies either supply a free returns label our courier service... if it weren't for this I would have given 5 stars
