Excellent choice of clothes and brands.
The delivery cost makes me very angry. Most clothing companies over free delivery on orders over £30 yet having spent over £100 on most purchases, I’m yet to receive free delivery. What’s more, I’ve just had to pay to return an item. The most frustrating thing is that the clothing you sell are of high value and you would think a company such as flannels would help customers with the delivery costs not charge them the most expensive delivery charge I’ve ever come across.
