Happy with the delivery as it gave me an accurate time slot for delivery and I didn’t need to be home waiting all day. Just disappointed that any returns need to be funded by the buyer. I internet shop a lot and can’t think of any other companies that have this policy. Because of this I would look else where for the items I wanted and use Flannels as a last resort.
Shame really.
