I am not dis satisfied with flannels survace as i was treated very well by staff my complaint would be that i purchased a gucci top in store and it came with a nice dust bag and boxing after the shirt in store did not fit me i ordered a bigger size online. When it arrived it came with no wrapping or anything like it did in the shop. I wrote a email and was told that there would be somone getting back to me with info on weather i can get hold of some protection for my shirt after waiting almost 2 weeks i still havent heard anything back.
