I was satisfied with some of the online team members to which I called ,regarding my return.However,I ended up asking for a refund because the jumpsuit that I ordered did not suit me.I guess this was because of the online shopping aspect.Flannels returned my money quite fast.One thing that I didn't like was the fact that returns are to the cost of the customer.I think this should be improved.
