Flannels made me sad because I don’t expect to pay higher prices for my clothing and then also be expected to pay posting and packaging to exchange sizes. I will shop where I won’t be penalised for getting sizes wrong. Also I tried to contact flannels to ask if I could exchange online purchases in store as I was going shopping and I could not speak to any one I wasted my time trying. I felt penalised for shopping with flannels online and I am a long standing customer who has been put off them all together.
