Service is reliable, good and the offers are good as well. Returns policy is good. Click and collect good too.
My only concern is that the customer is not only paying for the shipping but also for the returns.
I do a lot of on line shopping and returns are usually straight forward and less expensive or are paid for.
My suggestion is to return the goods to the click and collect stores
