I have shopped at Flannels' website twice. I love how they place the items in a reusable garment bag that is perfect for travelling. Fast and smooth delivery. However, this time, I've had to return the dress I ordered. It didn't fit terribly well and it was also in fairly poor quality and as a result, I had to return the item. The process was smooth and fairly easy. The reason I'm not totally pleased is that Flannels should perhaps consider giving their customers free delivery and free return, like many other online companies. I don't see why I should be out of pocket to return something that is of poor quality! So, this is why I'm only giving Flannels an "AVERAGE". As there are so many other online shops that sell similar brands that Flannels offers and provide free delivery and return, I don't think I'll be shopping at Flannels online again.
