good clothing and fair prices in the sale. i have had problems with delays on refunds and waiting days for email responses from customer services. my main gripe is the extortionate charge for p&p at 7 quid... regardless of whether ordering 6 x 500 quid jackets or 1 x 30 quid tshirt, you shouldnt be making money on your postage costs which you clearly do, no other stores charge this much with a large number offering free p&p over a certain spend.
