I ordered Paul Smith shirt , item stated "True to size". I am a 44 chest. The item arrived and was way small. Lost £5 on initial delivery and £5 to send it back for exchange. Item was out of stock for exchange and i was given a refund, minus the two delivery costs. I since found the shirt in a different colour on Flannels that would have done. You should have offered me this option? You lost a sale because of this and left a customer very peeved off and a tenner out of pocket. Not for the first time with Flannels!
