I twice had problems! The first time I didn’t get the order, the customer service was not responsive at all - it was impossible to get their response and the money back. The second time I ordered a bag. After the confirmation mail I got another one saying the item was out of stock. For month and a half I wanted Flannels to remove the pending status on my Paypal account. The Flannels customer service tried to persuade me that it was an issue of my bank and Paypal which wasn’t true!
