The order process is great but on the last three occasions I have purchased items they have not been delivered on the day they were planned to be. For example I received a note last Saturday that my item was ready for collection after 12 on Sunday from my local sainsburys. The item actually arrived on Tuesday!! I tried the call and collect because I thought it would be a better service than my last two delivery experience - how wrong I was!!!
