My paul smith white basso trainers arrived quickly on inspecting the product I notice the right shoe is covered in dirty marks and the leather is creased. On ordering I noticed this was the last pair available and I’m thinking the right shoe is a ex display which would explain the dirty marks and creasing which both indicate wear. In my opinion pretty poor that they are not thoroughly checked before dispatching. I’m currently in conversation with flannels to sort my situation but finding it very frustrating and time consuming as there is no phone number to ring instead you have to contact them via email and replies take two or three days to return.
