Everything was very efficient. I liked the updates on the delivery a lot. But I am disappointed with the way my boots were packed – inside the box one boot was wrapped up very well but the other one was not covered even by a tissue paper. The boots are suede and quite delicate (the unwrapped boot got scratched and now needs additional brushing and spraying).
