After reading all the horror stories on trustpilot after ordering, I was really worried I’d purchased a dodgy item or that it would bad quality. The item was exactly what I ordered and good quality. I’ve not given 5 stars because the dress I ordered had been folded loads to fit into a small bag. For a dress which was quite expensive I would have preferred it to arrive in better packaging than that but that’s just some feeedback for improving the service.
