I don’t think it’s fair to ask a customer to pay postage to return when I’ve already £10 for delivery and also to state customer is responsible for returning at own risk. Surely if I post and retain a proof of post that should be enough. Especially when I’m returning good and nearly £1000, think the returns process could be better.
