Incorrect item received (which is for a birthday gift) - so I asked if I could exchange. I was then asked by Customer Services to send a photo of the item which I forwarded on 9July - no response received to date. I really wanted to give this item as a gift on 20 July. Due to delays presented by your Customer Service Team, it seems that this will not happen.
