I ordered Alexander McQueen trainers upon arrival they was noticeably all scratched on the metallic bit at the back. Highly disappointing giving they was brand new, they looked like they had been a return! Would of thought they would be checked before they are sent out! Exchange was sorted quickly and I received good customer service. Just waiting for new ones to arrive hopefully these ones aren’t faulty :)
