A transparent $25 shipping fee from Flannels is completely acceptable. An additional, undisclosed $96 fee from the shipper is completely offside. We all know duties and taxes must be paid but disclosure at time of purchase would ensure purchaser are fully aware of the total costs for doing business with Flannels and their chosen partners for shipments. 50% total surprise surcharge is completely unacceptable.
