I really love Flannels, the choice and the styles they stock etc. What annoys me though is the lack of free returns. I always like to order a range of items as you can never be sure of sizing with a range of different designers, but it costs me an absolute fortune to send the items back. When I order from Net A Porter returns are free and tracked so I end up using the likes of them instead
