Bought two pairs of Grenson shoes to compare sizes. I should have read T and Cs more carefully, since I ended up paying initial delivery costs, plus the price of returning the pair I didn’t want (11 quid!). There are other on-line companies that offer much better deals for customers such as free returns. Also don’t like the fact there is no custemer service phone number. On the plus side, the refund was processed quickly.
I doubt I’ll buy from Flannels again.
