£6.99 for delivery in the first place is expensive enough, but to return some of the items I purchased today cost me £17, I think this is beyond a joke and I’ll be purchasing anything again online from flannels! It’s 2018, most companies do free returns, this is obviously a cost saving matter on your part for not doing this.
