Flannels is an amazing store with prices to match up to a lot of people’s budgets in the designer world. Happy with the store and the deals they give to us as customers and prices will beat a lot of places out there on brands Valentino etc. Delivery process as in speed and delivery could be a lot better as sometimes I need an item ASAP . Also contact number to the office should be displayed on the main page or as soon as you click on contact us it should come up 1st thing. Other than that it’s a 9 star from me
