I shop at Flannels due to the quality of the products they sell however my most recent purchase came in a box that looked like it had been kicked around a warehouse then taped up and then kicked around again. When i complained about this the blame was passed on to delivery which clearly wasnt the case. Flannels did refund me the postage however i am still left without a box to store my shoes in. Not what i would expect from a company like Flannels
