Very surprised when the dresses i ordered arrived and on opening the parcel they looked like they had been dumped into the bag - not folded at all and they are pricey dresses.
Also been waiting since last week for feedback as one of the dresses had considerable wear and tear, with noticeable body odor in the 'armpit' area. I have chased customer care and still waiting......
