I was disappointed when my order arrived: clearly someone had tried the boots before (I can understand it was a sale item, but still) because the papel filling that goes inside them as well as the paper and plastic that civers them were in bad shape inside the box. I think, since tou sell luxury goods, the item should had been checked by someone before shipping. I know that people return items, and that is fine, but you should make sure they are in perfect condition before shipping them.
