Love everything about flannels, I usually shop in store. However odering a pair of £500 trainers and having to pay £9.99 for next day delivery is a joke. I shouldn’t have to pay so much for next day delivery on an item so expensive, nor should I have to pay to return an item if I am not satisfied with it.
