Ordered custom fit t shirts, they arrived and were custom slim fit - not as advertised.
Customer also has to pay for returns..
Fortunately flannels sent out a prepaid postage for the return, following a complaint via email.
No mention of refunding my delivery cost.
I've sent back for a refund.
I have no t shirts & I'm 6.99 down...
