The worst thing to deal with involving flannels is the huge cost of the delivery charge you have to pay even for the smallest of items like a poxy t.shirt which i might add recently cost me more to receive from flannels than a huge box containing a massive hammer drill i ordered from a tool company which was in its own hard plastic container & both companies using the same delivery method DPD.
Come on flannels really.
