I bought a garment for a family member as a gift. The ordering and delivery process was very easy and delivery was quick (I paid for next day delivery). Unfortunately, I had to return the garment as the size was extremely small which was disappointing. It would have been nice if when returning an item back to Flannels, a pre-paid sticker be included.
