I consider myself a regular customer, both instore or online. My only gripes are the cost of delivery and also returning online orders and the fact I cannot even return in store.
Perhaps reconsider the policy as my wife shops with ASOS and explained a very simple and safe return policy that they have or even consider a loyalty scheme.
