Purchased some great clothes online, at very good prices. Unfortunately a few of the items didn’t fit. I didn’t know if I was able to return the items to a store or wether I could only return in the post as it was an online order. I sent a message to the social media page and after 4 days have still had no reply. I tried phoning two stores which were open at the time, and nobody answered the phone. I tried for over an hour to phone the Birmingham store between 11am amd 12pm Saturday and nobody answered. So I bit the bullet and paid £13 to send the items back. Other than that everything else was great, the products and the price.
