Item was well packaged and as described, so no issues there. Courier didn’t deliver on the day allocated (he documented that I’d locked my gate - I don’t have a gate....!) which is annoying when I’d waited in for the delivery. This reflects more on courier than Flannels, I guess, but delivery is very expensive with Flannels so they need to ensure their appointed courier does a good job.
