Pleased with item from flannels,but not pleased with dpd parcel delivery,it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday but they said by e-mail that we had changed the day to Thursday,we did not change the day,at a premium delivery price of £6.99 this is not acceptable. This bad delivery service would put me off from ordering from you in the future. Regards Sandra penny.
