The service I received from Flannels in ordering and receiving the product was fine: ordering was simple, the item came promptly and I was kept informed about delivery. By contrast, the item I received was extremely poor quality. It was a DKNY formal jacket, reduced (apparently) from £420 to £63. A large reduction but sadly, not worth even £63. It beggars belief that it could have been sold for £420. I sent it back immediately and will see if the refund appears promptly.
