Let down by poor service... ordered a pair of trainers online as they didn’t have them in my local store. They turned up in a bashed box without an invoice of the product. The shoes were too small so they had to be sent back, which cost £11. I tried calling my local store (Lakeside) about seven times in a day, for a couple of days, but there was no response. I managed to reach customer services on the phone, who were very helpful. Good deals, bad service.
