Big issue for me was I paid £9.99 for next day delivery and my item didn’t arrive for two days, this despite ordering and paying well before the next day deadline. I am also mainland UK and have no issues with any other company when I request and pay for this service. Wasn’t chuffed, not offered any recompense for this.
