I would say the services offered by flannels is embarrassing for a company of its size. I bought a £90 tee shirt and had to pay £6.99 for delivery. It would be hard to find another high street retailer who charges this amount for delivery of a small package. There is no delivery to store option, again so far behind competitors. The T-shirt had to be returned - return had to be paid for - again I don’t think I’ve ordered from any high street retailer who does this. You cannot return to store either. All in all I would never order from flannels/cruise again as the service is a joke. It’s 2018 - offer cheaper delivery, free returns and a click and collect option.
