Previously I've had a great experience but not this time. Article arrived crumpled and looking like someone had tried it on , crumpled it up and sent it back. Also arrived in a van mildert bag. However it didn't fit anyway so I sent back , which cost me 7 pounds odd. I went into your sunderland store tried the same size on and it fit. Which made me puzzled.
