Sent me wrong jeans ...I sent them back for exchange for the correct ones to be sent ...I received an email saying my exchange was being processed but when I looked they were actually processing the same jeans I'd returned to be sent back to me...I called customer services and even though they could see the 2nd mistake they could not cancel...so now I have to wait until they arrive to return again to get a refund..never using flannel again .
