Not great. Bought a Links of London bracelet. It was faulty so requested an exchange, after already paying £6.99 postage, I had to pay for the return post. Sent recorded. I saw a refund from PayPal before any communication from flannels. Sadly they refunded as did not have my bracelet in stock, no offer to refund any postage costs over the faulty item.
